The staff was friendly and the rental process was quick. This location was easily accessible for my truck and trailer. Very clean inside!

I couldn't use my bank card at the time,and Michelle was very helpful I also left my driver's license there and she called me immediately.Thank you very for understanding my craziness.

Customer service was a medium rating because I reserve a unit and arrived at the facility 2 times to find the door locked and no staff available to allow me access to the unit I reserved. I paid for a day that I was unable to use because staff weren't there to process my account.

Twice the size, at half the price, of a unit that I was renting at a different nearby facility. Tama was friendly and helpful when I checked in.

It would be nice to get the overhead door repaired. Very difficult to get wide items through the standard. Door.

The lady on the front was so helpful!!! Thank you I was super stressed and this was an easy move in. I feel safe leaving my items there.

No elevator access and all the specials are located on the upper level….

The process was smooth. Security seems tight, which I like. Conveniently next to my gym! Employee who helped me was knowledgeable and courteous.

Just moved in, but so far things are fine. Very clean, nice staff. One drawback is that it's so large, the unit I have is a bit farther than I'd like from the loading area.

We were between 2 sizes for college and they worked with us on the size and gave us the flexibility to downsize if we did not fill the size we rented.
