Agent working on Saturday September 29th was AMAZING. She was called in from another facility and had to open hours late with numerous customers waiting. Many were upset and she handled everything with a smile.

Everything here is seamless. From the rental process to entry and storage solutions. Customer service is the best I've had in over a month of moving issues. Straight forward, easy to deal with, and happy to answer questions. Prices are wonderful too!

Great experience renting with storquest! Only reason thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 4 stars is because the price increases like once/twice a year.

The lady that helped me was super friendly, knew what she was doing, showed us the unit, answered all questions, did the paperwork very quickly and explained everything to us. Every time I've gone to get something from my unit the other renters are friendly. Never had trouble getting a cart to use and the elevators are quick.

After finding out on two weeks' notice that I had to move, I reserved a unit here site unseen. Move-in process was quick and easy, unit was clean, good unload/load space, and easy to find. No issues experienced whatsoever. You do need a cylinder lock (they offer them for $15 if you don't have one) and they do require insurance ($10/mo is the cheapest option). Even so, good price for what you get.

I found a great storage facility through Sparefoot for a decent price, and the online reservation process was easy and fast. Would recommend!

The facility is clean and secure. I was a little annoyed to have to buy a cylinder lock to secure the unit, but after some research this seems like a positive as it can be more secure than the disc lock that I had

Very fast and easy rental process. Place is relatively new and extremely clean. Their price beats just about everyone. Mine was half the cost of the same unit at the other big name storage places.

Sparefoot took a stressful search and presents it in an easy and question-free online process. I was able to reserve a unit in a perfect location for a great price. I got a call immediately from the facility verifying the reservation and when we arrived to claim the unit the StorQuest staff was friendly and accommodating and forthright. Wonderful wonderful process. Love Sparefoot and StorQuest!

Alisa was extremely helpful with the space and going through the lease. The space is easily accessible and the locks are very manageable.

Dan at StoreQuest showed me the unit and checked me in pretty quick. Everything was as explained by the sparefoot agent. No upsale or surprises.
