Talk with Rick and he will do whatever he can to give you the best deal. Even if it's not with him. Stor quest DTC is a brand new facility. Not a speck of dirt or a bug anywhere. I also really appreciated that Rick didn't try to upsell me on anything. Rick and staff are Great people!

The lady that helped me was super friendly, knew what she was doing, showed us the unit, answered all questions, did the paperwork very quickly and explained everything to us. Every time I've gone to get something from my unit the other renters are friendly. Never had trouble getting a cart to use and the elevators are quick.

After finding out on two weeks' notice that I had to move, I reserved a unit here site unseen. Move-in process was quick and easy, unit was clean, good unload/load space, and easy to find. No issues experienced whatsoever. You do need a cylinder lock (they offer them for $15 if you don't have one) and they do require insurance ($10/mo is the cheapest option). Even so, good price for what you get.

The facility is clean and secure. I was a little annoyed to have to buy a cylinder lock to secure the unit, but after some research this seems like a positive as it can be more secure than the disc lock that I had
