Storage Star Denver - Grape

I like everything but the floors are filthy.

I have had horrible experiences with storage spaces before, from beginning with lease, to end and moving out. And I won't even talk about the non-existant customer service I have experienced previously. STORAGE STAR DENVER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My lease signing was easy, and explained in detail! Every single question I had got answered, and they even found an additional move-in discount for me! The space is CLEAN - no trash anywhere, no strange odors, NO PESTS! I got a really good size space that did not cost a fortune! Highly recommend if you need some storage. Really good people there!

The customer service was great they made sure I knew where I was going and what I was doing the place was clean and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with my unit and location of it they also have a loading dock which made it very convenient to unload my belongings

I really like the facilities, I even helped do the grounds. I am a certified maintenance technician, and the garage door closest to the office went down on May 27th. I did what what any tech would have done. Tagged out of order w/date. July 1st comes around and I repaired it Let the girl in the office know. She was mad about it. I don't know why it was working again. So she unplugged it. So to this very day the door doesn't open , People that rent here should get some sort of compensation.I'm currently locked out of my storage from a last minute fine. It's like they are holding my possessions to sell them them selves

Office manager (Nicholas) was very professional and did a nice job of assigning me a storage unit.

Moving in was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience I've had with any storage facility. The grounds and building are kept clean. Management was curtious and did call after the the reservation was made.

Place is great. Clean and well secured.

The storage place was very clean and the staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. The rental price was also very reasonable. The only difficulty I encountered was getting in touch with someone on site. You have to call the main number and then they have the person on site return your call. But I am very happy with my storage unit!

So far, so good. Let's see how it goes in a few month
