Just Store It - Fort Collins

The man on the phone who got me into the storage same day on a Sunday was awesome. Andrew, I think. He was awesome. He failed to mention the unit was inside, but otherwise great experience.

Saved our butts, I had a unit at another storage place. User error - and missed getting the unit unlocked by 30 minutes, with a truck full, and a flight booked home the next day. Just store it, was easy, helpful, and calmed this stressed out mama down! Comparable pricing but a much more modern facility!

Needed a unit in the fly and was able to get it within 2 minutes of paying!

Do not use! Black mold in unit! Owner would not pay for all our furniture ruined. They ignore the rules in their own contract! Damage to every piece of furniture. Seth Kincaid owner would not reply to a single email! Ethan Gray manager has no authority!

The owner/manager Seth was very helpful with our move in. Even after hours, he was available to answer our questions. He went above and beyond to insure we had great service.

Nice storage. Security is the first priority when I choose the storage and Just Store It was what I expected about the storage. Good access, many security cameras prove that this is the best storage in Fort Collins!

The employees are so helpful and made it really easy for me to get the unit and move into it within a couple of hours! He even drove over within 5 minutes when I asked to purchase a lock from them! Super clean unit and is just what I needed. I wish it was a little less expensive, but for the location and the price it was the best one that I could find in Fort Collins for being a college student.

I was in a need for storage asap and everything went very smooth and Charlie was very good at customer service
