Prime Storage - Fort Collins

The front desk is very helpful and the facility is very clean. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for storage and the pricing is affordable.

I did alot of research before deciding on Prime Storage. After considering other options Prime seemed the best for location, price and cleanliness. I reserved a 10x15 unit online at night. They called early the next morning to answer any questions I had. I then decided to rent the unit. I feel really good about my decision.

The manager on duty was very helpful. The contract was explained clearly to me, then he escorted me to the unit and explained policies etc. The unit was clean and ready for move-in when we arrived. Thanks!

Arrived at facility and access code didn't work. Gavin very quick, helpful and kind in addressing and solving the situation for me. Gavin was also helpful to me throughout the several hours I was there organizing my unit. Arrived to my unit. Very clean and ready to go.

New renter at Prime Storage, I had a unique situation and was in need of fast move in service to obtain a unit. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to expedite my application and information to meet my deadline. Thankful they made it stress free for me. Prices are very reasonable, affordable, compatable to market. Would recommend to others seeking storage needs.

Customer service was super helpful and the facility itself is great. I really like that I can access my unit anytime between 6am-10pm.

Hunter was wonderful to work with. I came in just as he was beginning lunch but he put that aside to cheerfully assist me with renting my unit. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. Hunter is very friendly and knowledgable. I felt that he was upfront and honest. The facility was very clean and well-kept. I think that this will be a good experience.

I have rented storage spavces throughout my life and in several different states. I have to say the treatment by your staff and assistance throughout the process has been superb! The staff, to a person has been professiona, helpful, and politie. The space itself was very clean and so are the facilities. Keep up the good work.

I was unable to go to the location yet personally, but my dad, who's on the lease said it was quick and easy, plus they were able to waive the admin fee! Definitely would use again
