Great customer service ! They are on top of pest control. Units are clean.

The only hickup with my move in was that, when I showed up after hours to move in, there was an orange tie-wrap on the latch that led me to believe that I couldn't open the door. So, I went to see if there was anyone in the office to help me. There wasn't. However, I later realized that the tie-wrap was already cut such that all I needed to do was remove it. It would have been better if this had been communicated to me beforehand, or, better, if the tie-wrap had been completely removed.

Zack was great in helping me set up my storage space in less than 15 minutes! He was thorough with his answers to my questions of how the rental contract works and very thoughtful about the best location of the storage unit based on my needs. Very happy with the level of service as well as the storage space itself and cleanliness of the entire facility.

The unit was ready when I moved in. There was a lock and the code worked. So pretty flawless.

The manager was incredibly helpful and had plenty of time to show me around. Renting was easy and there was a great deal when I rented my unit. There were no hidden fees and I never felt like they were trying to gouge me. The area and units were clean and secure.

Eric helped us and was very thorough. He reminded us of our upcoming appointment, explained everything to us, answered our questions, showed us the unit that we would be renting to be sure it would be the size that we wanted. Eric made the transaction, where the flow went as easy as could be. We thank Eric for his assistance. He is a definite asset to Public Storage!!!!!

I got a good size storage unit for a fair price. The lady at the site did a great job of explaining everything. She was very professional and nice. I would have liked to have electricity in the unit. However, I do understand why you might not want to provide that.

Blake does a great job of explaining all the information when you call, the property is well kept and when they have any issues with anything they try and fix it in a timely mannor.. Always a pleasure when i have a question

I didn't have a lot of concerns except one, that surveillance cameras, need to more in the gates , but the manager was awesome she was quick, but thorough & very friendly, she was quite busy the day I moved my belongings into the storage unit, and she was great !! Thank you props for her !!

Awesome customer service, but tricky loading and unloading on those steep slopes. There were some people living out of the unit near mine, a little uncomfortable. High price on such a small space.

I have used public storage in different states and it seems to me that the employees are what make or break a company. The employees make you fee comfortable and that your things are safe with them.
