I was unable to register online. Got to a certain point and everything froze up going forward. I was able to back up a page and try again. Still did not work. Called the number on the email several times. After trying to explain the problem to second (or third) language representatives I gave up. Called back the next morning and spoke to Kayla in Raliegh NC. Excellent work thank you Kayla ! Went to the facility, gate code worked just fine. The combination for the lock was incorrect. Called back the next morning after my email and text message from the night before were not answered. I spoke to Lisa (not sure where she was). Lisa spoke American English and was able to provide me with the correct combination (she looked up the email or text and saw the number on the lock). Overall it was more than a bit frustrating but it worked out in the end. It would be quite beneficial to have a local representative here. I spoke to several other tenants who felt the same.
