10 Federal Storage - Riverside Pkwy

I rented this unit 3 monts later my rate went from 179.00 to 300.00. Its a scam dont tell you up front. If I didnt have this storage full I'd have moved away sooner. Do rent here and get surprised!

Some confusion regarding move-in procedure and the instructions given to me by Sparefoot. After completing the on-line lease I was not given code needed to enter the facilityﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gate, and using the QR code posted didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. When I called 10 Federalﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s customer help line I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. Twice. In 90 degree heat. I left in frustration and tried to contact someone from Sparefoot. Someone finally answered and after explaining the situation, they put me in contact with customer service at 10 Federal. I was then finally texted an entry code and lock code and was told that contrary to Sparefootﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s instructions I did not need to show anyone my I.D. or pay a $5 administration fee. 10 Federal also said that the first two months half off promotion was only for May and June, but after making a fuss, they gave me what was promised by Sparefoot. My impression is that Sparefoot and 10 Federal need to get on the same page. The left hand doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what the right hand is doing. I finally was able to enter the storage facility and open my lock to my rental unit and was pleased with what I found, but came THIS CLOSE to giving up and cancelling my lease in utter frustration.

It was so easy to sign up and move into the unit. I recommend it for anybody itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice and secure facility. You need a code to get in and to get out and they even gave me a free lock 10 out of 10.

I have really been pleased with their customer service. They don't bother me, but when I need them... They're always there. I love the hassle free, anytime access.

I needed to talk to someone about the unit I had rented because I realized it didn't have the headroom I needed. I tried online and calling, but was not able to reach anyone. The "chat" feature is terrible also. Unless you want to talk about things you can already find on the website, it can't help you, and it didn't seem like there was a way to get a live human

These are the cleanest most secure storage units I have ever seen! The couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe how easy my move in process was! I am so impressed with the level of security this place has! Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fencing, a locked gate with a code and I got a lock! I showed a family member who rents storage units in Wisconsin and she was so impressed with how clean and secure this was and how I was paying so little for such an amazing place! I am so grateful for these units!

I had problems with the on line check in but customer service was able to take care of it. I hope everything was correct, however. I did have to complete the application 4 or 5 times.

Online process was quick and easy, the online form went very smothly no complications with filling it out and e-signing the document was easy to read and understand wat you are signing very imformative! Federal 10 storage units off riverside park way are in excellent condition 24hr gated entry the units are extremly clean no dirt trash no debris every where. Definitely trust having my belongings stored at this facility! 100% satisfied and i do Recommend!!!

Had trouble getting in the gate because I was calling from a different phone, customer service took care of me right away. Lock combo wasn't working, customer service fixed the situation quickly. Pricing is fair and competitive. Very satisfied with these guys! Would recommend them for sure!

The ownership changed hands and the new owners demanded $400 in back rental on a space that was gifted by the previous owners to a local charity that benefits underprivileged teens. The charity had to get a lawyer uncle Ed to get their goods back. This included donated homecoming dresses & coats that are given for free to kids in need. Heartless!

Clean property, unit was also very clean

We had trouble filling out the paperwork and no one was around to help us. We finally were able to get ahold of a person to help us. Unit is real nice, more expensive than most I looked, but it is in a very convenient location for me and clean. Thank you!
