Oscar, the customer service representative that assisted me, was absolutely the sole reason that I rented from your company. I'm a senior, like most my age, I'm computer illiterate. Without the assistance of Oscar staying on the line while I navigated your website I never would have completed rental agreement. Oscar was very polite and handled several meltdowns incurred with mey lack of computer skills. He diligently work me through all the steps while my phone was out of power and subsequently lost connection. He was so informative I was able to complete form on my own. If all customer service was as helpful as your staff is, I think there would be a lot more happy people out there going about their day. Double 5 star review to Oscar and your team. Thank you very much.

Could not get past the gate my code would not workﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ could not get nobody on the phone to help me to get into the gate no Office on sight. Everything is animated through the phone no live person to speak to. Finally, somebody was trying to get in the gate to their storage unit. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s how I got in. I still donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if I can get into my storage unit with my code to enter to open the gate. Everything is animated even the emails. So frustrating.

First day moving in could not open the gate with my passcode. So frustrating when I called & couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get through to a live person to help me. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do anything for 25 minutes later a lady showed up that was going to get into her unit & opened the gate for me. I was paying movers to bring my things to the unit that were waiting with me as well!
