I am moving from the southeast of Texas and only have made and received telephonic exchanges arranging the reservation of my storage unit. However,the managers phoned me to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I had some questions about how a moving semi- truck and trailer could gain access to the facility to unload. They readily provided all the answers as well as assuring me my reservation was complete. They efficiently walked me through the required contracts and fees. I have moved multiple times while in the military. Never have I experienced such accommodations and professionalism. I highly re commend this storage facility.
