About K and K Self Storage
The sparefoot prices are already half off the standard rates and discounted so these are the final discounted rates to be given. Under New Ownership As of Feb 1st 2022. We just finished replacing and installing a brand new camera system throughout the facility, replacing EVERY exterior light in the facility with brand new LED lights. Adding additional Pole lights for the vehicle and RV parking area and installing a new gate keypad system. We also just did re seal coating the office parking lot and all interior drive ways for the storage unit buildings. We have a brand new website and have online bill pay. And you can pay over the phone, in person or auto pay. All units are a month to month contract with no long term commitments. Vehicle parking must bring in copy of registration or something with VIN Make Model and year printed on it. Does not have to be current just with that info. For units Insurance is required here to rent and is available for purchase for 9 per month but if you have homeowner/renter or other applicable policy and bring in a copy of the declarations page then we will accept that instead.
