Hunter at 6633 was wounderful VERY CLEAN reasonable priced fast and easy long story short my house was supposed to close on the 22nd and at the last-minute found out that it's not closing until the 4th of the following month which I had to get out of my rental by the end of this month of May Hunter very professional was very nice and very understanding and he was wonderful I would definitely recommend this place great area great atmosphere and very very clean again 5 stars

The only thing I'm upset with is online it said it wad 24hr access. And I had already set up my storage unite. But I had come to find out that it's not 24hr. So I will be leaving after the two months is up. I need 24 hr access.

Fast easy move in and reservation for the unit. The insurance cost was not shown in the pricing but it was so cheap it only add about 20 dollars to the rental cost.

I've rented various units at this location consistently for over 30 years - so, obviously, I must like it. And my most recent experience (just last week) was a huge blessing; long story, but basically I needed to downsize my space due to cost, and was able to move into a more appropriately sized and priced unit immediately. The people who manage the facility, Deanna and Steve, are very friendly and helpful, and they've been willing to accommodate whatever needs I may have had within reason. So, my only reservation is the fact that the prices have increased considerably over the past few years, and it appears that they'll continue to do so. Consequently, I'm worried that I'll eventually be priced out of the facility altogether, and have an incredibly huge job ahead in trying to move everything to a completely different (and affordable for me) location. I'm hoping that doesn't happen, though, because I do, very much, like my new space. And I'll stay there as long as I can. I hope this helps.

I have not moved in yet but I do have a reservation and will move in soon. CS has been very helpful in my reservation, accommodating me changing the date, for the most part have been polite, and I think the price is great.

The staff was very friendly when I checked in. They explained all the paperwork, showed me the unit, and explained how the process worked. The facility is clean and well organized. I feel my belongings are safe!

It's OK for short term but you should look for a more affordable place to put your things. I also get a huge discount for being an older citizen at the place I have my 10 X 10 unit. Cube Smart is greedy for sure, and just raised the price in less than a year's time.

I found the manager very friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and pleasant.

Ron was extremely helpful and courteous. I arrived right after it had snowed. My vehicle got stuck in the snow on an incline outside the facility. Ron helped me dig it out (he did most of the work). Based on my experience with the staff alone, I would recommend this facility to everyone.

This unit was clean and easy to rent. It was a little bit difficult to find but after that, there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Everything was great so far. The price is really high but the convenience of location is very helpful.

Clean, competitive pricing, safe, green minded with timed light switches, but also an outlet is available if you need an emergency cell phone charge. Love this facility.

I'm only gonna be in the facility for a few weeks, but overall I'm happy.

The price of the unit rented is fair. The time spent on paperwork was roughly 20 minutes. I was encouraged not to fully read everything presented as this would have taken much longer per our rental representative. Security seemed to be adequate. The customer service could have been friendlier but was by no means rude. I do have a problem with the way a lock for the unit was handled.. beware.... When all the paperwork is done and the rental person goes to get you a lock from their supply.......question this before the paperwork is put in an envelope. After the new lock was taken out of its' packing...I asked if that was part of the admin fee of $22.00...The answer was that it was "included". And yes it was!....on my bill! So my bill had 1/2 month rental because of the online discount, the rental insurance which is required to cover your own belongings and the lock for $13.99! We did have our own lock we planned to use....not purchase a new one....we were not given a choice and after the fact discovered we indeed paid for a lock!

I have another storage unit, farther from my house, so when I found a decent deal on a bigger unit, I jumped at it. The team was friendly, helpful and made me feel like I was valued. I wish more of the paperwork could have been handled beforehand -e.g. filled out online, or printed/filled out at home to make that process faster. I would love to pay online every month, but there is a fee to do that, which feels a little behind the times to me. Overall, the place is what I need and the customer service was great!

This is a great location! I was able to fit the contents of my one-bedroom apartment into a 10x10 storage locker. Also, I was pleased that the access was drive up and not indoors or upstairs. That was important to me. It was clear to me that the security is better than most other places. With such a helpful staff, I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone!

quick and easy to reserve a unit. Very quick to explain, show, and fill out paperwork for the unit. Facility is very clean and seems pretty secure. The only issue I can say is the ad that the unit is free for the first month is not 100% accurate. There is an admin fee of $20 as well as mandatory property insurance which is at least $10. So I spent $30 for a supposed "free" month for this unit.
