Hello! Carlos, the facility Manager is fantastic! He is very personable, kind and does not hesitate to help with anything needed. Customer service, quality and rates make it one of the best storage options in/around Denver. From the mountains where I live, it is definitely worth the drive and efforts! Will recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a storage space. Manually posting directions on the WS would be great as Google is unreliable and because of the Interstate, freeway and Hway configuration in that location, it is a difficult to get around and find the storage. Keep up the great work!

The facility was very clean and the staff was helpful. It was far enough away from the busy streets that I'm not worried about anyone messing with the facility or trying to get. Still very convenient for me and a great location.

I tried to rent from other closer sites but no one was available and could not get a return phone call. the staff was available after normal hours, showed us the unit and set us up. Great combination of crew storage units and location.

We couldn't be happier! From online registration and payment to our first visit to our unit 30 minutes later! Our transaction was after hours and the information email with the access code came immediately and worked the first time and the welcome bag was inside of our unit, as promised. How do they do that? Thanks!

In comparison to other storage places in the area, this was the best deal. Even though they all look the same, the units and the surroundings are clean and well maintained. Customer service ladies were very nice and helpful. I had reserved online and got a follow up call to check if I had any questions. When I arrived for the paperwork, they were expecting me and everything went smoothly.

My experience at CubeSmart has been fantastic!

I had a hard time getting there and arrived later than advised to be able to take a tour, etc. But the staff never had anything negative to say. They stayed late and made me feel very welcome. Storage is storage but the customer service is what makes this place stand out.

My time is precious with my mom in the hospital and Pam saw to me and my move like it was her mom. It was and is the only thing in the last week that has been, quick, easy and painless. Thank you, Pam!

Easy to get moved in and complete necessary paperwork. I will definitely try and use CubeSmart services in the future if needed.

I rented a 20 ft unit, but it turned out to be only 18 1/2 ft deep. That caused problems for storing some of my equipment that require a 20 ft footprint. That was disappointing.

The unit meets my needs and the price is comparable. There was quite a long line and only one clerk working the office midday on the 1st of the month (I would imagine always a busy day). So my wait was long even with my reservation already setup online, but everything else met expectations.
