Extra Space Storage - 3770 - Lakewood - Kipling St.

Happy with the space and the service.

I was quoted a price online and emailed that quote 3 times... yet I was charged $15.00 more in the end. It was very dirty to do me like that without any explanation. I will be contacting an on-site manager first thing Monday morning to request both an explanation and a refund. Depending on how that goes, I may be updating my review. That is no way to conduct your business.

First they did not respond to my complaints that my unit became filled with dirt and dust, then I noticed that they kept raising my rates, while I could see online my same exact unit available for my old rate or even less. This makes me absolutely livid. If you try to get help to remedy this, prepare to be stonewalled.

The girl who helped me (my bad for not remembering her name). Was very nice & friendly. I upgraded to a larger unit from what I originally reserved. She happily helped & applied the online discount I had with the first unit on the larger unit.

Was an easy process to get the storage unit. It's conveniently located. Haven't had any problems and can pick up/ drop off stuff at my leisure. 10/10

Great overall experience for storing our belongings until we moved into out apartment. It was very easy to access 24/7 when needed, as well being very close by. We would use this facility again if need be.
