Overall easy process, the unit numbers are exactly between neighboring doors, so can be a bit difficult to tell which unit is which

It has been hard to get anyone in person to help at some storage facilities and I didn't have that issue here.

I had a slight delay with the Public Storage contactless rental, but Lou, the property mngr. Took over and got me all taken care of. Things went smoothly and she made me feel Very good about my choice to rent there.

Great spot and i like the indoor and or outdoor access.

The manager expedited my downsizing request from a large unit to a smaller one. The paperwork was quick and she offered to loan me a dolly to move my stored items. Everything was smooth and pleasant.

Getting my unit established was very easy

well was quoted one price significantly lower and when I arrived for appointment nothing available and prices were doubled! the manager did try to accommodate me the best she could, not her fault the way your system works! seriously what really is the point of reserving then? just a spot!!

Lu was fantastically helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Lou was very helpful and kind to me during a really difficult time I'm going through and made it as simple as possible. She also made sure I had everything I needed and confident in the size of the unit. I feel safe with my stuff being there and that I'm in good hands.

Very pleased with Public Storage and their great staff who always takes care of any issues efficiently with utmost courtesy. Access is easy and the hours really fit my schedule. The on-site managers know their stuff.

Everything was fine, the only problem was is that I was unable to get extra copies of keys for my lock. The standard places like Ace and Home Depot did not the the blank key available.

A good experience, yet a bit high pressure on the insurance option. No should mean no. The ancillary products are quite pricey. The good: well maintained, clean, secure, and very accessible.

The only issue I had was I had to purchase a lock for $19.99. When am I going to use this lock again? If it weren't for the first month $1 - I would have gone somewhere else. But the gentleman I worked with was very friendly and efficient.

This 5 star review is for the customer service I received from Chelsie, not from Public Storage as a company for I found other employees at other locations to be less than impressive. I have always rented or owned homes with adequate storage so in my first foray into renting storage space I was stunned at the cost in the metro Denver area. Chelsie was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable person I spoke with at any storage company, and she offered the best advice to get the best value for the money, so SHE earned my business for her company. Upon meeting her, she was thorough - even staying late to ensure I had all I needed to gain access that very evening. Chelsie was so enthusiastic in promoting her company and location that I inquired as to whether people in her position were rewarded with commissions and bonuses... she told me no... It is a pity that large company's like Public Storage do not apparently appreciate the hard work and extra mile taken by exceptional performers.

The TV box advertises frames up to 41" and flat screens up to 65'. My 42" plasma didn't fit in anyway. Couldn't even use the inner liner or fit the stand.

Had a great check in, quick, easy, no hassle. He even showed us the unit. My family has had issues with theft in the past and this location has never had any issues with that. Very secure. I trust our stuff will be safe while it's stored there.

Very clean and organized store, Chelsie the company representative is a credit to the organization, she was very professional even with irate customers that were present at the time of my visit. She seemed to know how to clam customers down and get them to understand that the contract rules are not her rules but the companies. The property is well maintained, clean and busy. The packing and moving supplies, were easily accessible and in ample supply. Chelsie was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service.

congenial when there, there were two times I tried the office to find the "will return at ____. Otherwise okay. I did have locks to used but suggestive selling told me they preferred the locks they use, I thought the cost was high.

I was able to get a great rate for a change and access to my things most of the time. I would have liked 24 hour access, since when you move you often move late into the evening, however the property was clean, easy and safe for me to access my things and the staff was very helpful.

They treated me fair and had no problems so far

I reserved my units online and also set up my account. Once at the office for checkin the process went very smoothly and quickly.
