Easy to get into the unit didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to stop by the office at all.

They had the lock waiting in the unit when I checked in and made things very convenient

Other than the Price if the locks, all has been well

everything is on track. good customer service, well maintained.

Arrived after hrs. Located my storage unit popped the tag and everything was there waiting on me. I loaded my unit and that was that. The whole thing from start to finish was easy as 123. Love the self service

I have a 10 X 30. It started out at around $250.00/mo and is now $370.00/mo. This is over a 4 year period. The advertised price right now is listed at $284.00/mo. So if you rent a space, just keep in mind that the price will rise with time, and you won't be paying the advertised price for long. The local office people I have dealt with have been nice, but I don't believe they have much to do with setting the rates.

Super nice friendly staff helped me get the right storage unit (10x20 drive up) for the best price in town. Sometimes the gate only opens half way and so you just have to enter your number again and I've noticed people seem to leave their trash lying around but thats not the Public Storage's fault, especially when there's a dumpster up front!

The girl at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting us in the right space.

Easy and pleasant CheckIn Staff was extremely helpful and made the process of getting started smooth. I had preregistered, so I got a better price, and when I was offered an alternative space, which was better for my needs, it was still offered at the "preregistration" price. Excellent staff.

Painless and Easy! I enjoyed chatting with the gal that got me going with you all. It was a pleasant experience and didn't leave me with any questions. I love the location, and placement. I just wish you all were open later, I get off work at 7 so it leaves me not much time to get in and get out, but it's manageable.

After watching too many horror and suspense movies (Silence of Lambs, Dexter, etc) I get a sketchy feeling renting some space just to keep stuff I have in the garage. I was expecting a scruffy looking loner of a clerk, hiding behind a magazine with his feet propped up on the counter. Of course, no such thing here and I was greeted by two very friendly staffs, Ken and Crystal, and received prompt and professional service. There's a secured gate and cameras and I don't feel creepy at all. When I loaded up it was indeed nighttime but there's good enough lights around to make me feel secure.
