The overall experience was great, I do have a few concerns with the things that are going on in the facility after office hours. I observed a guy fixing his vehicle in the parking lot by the office as well as few guys just hanging out in the bay taking up a space with a uhaul. A huge concern is the fact that the security camera in the elevator is not even there, it has been taken off the mount above the door. During the day time ( office hours) the facility is very well secured, but once the office staff leave at 530pm the facility is quite sketchy and the feeling of being safe is not there. I would never go to my storage unit after hours(which is when I am available to go there) without someone else. So this brings up a concern because it now is inconvienient if for some reason I am unable to find someone to come with me. I am not sure if I am going to stay at this facility due to my concerns with safety.

The friendly warm, welcoming staff that helped me that day. It was the manager and a wonderful new employee named "Chief". I was in a hurry and he was very fast and friendly. I was in and out with the new keys to my new storage unit in about 20 min. No fuss and no problems, thats whats up what I call great sevice and great prices, I was so blown away by the awsome deal I got . It shows the amazing job the manager did traning Chief. Thank you so much! You have a great team!!

Overall this is a pretty nice storage unit. Pricing is reasonable. The only downside is that this facility is located on Colfax and because of this the carts are kept inside the office which isn't open the entire time the facility is open for access. Unless you bring your own cart, you'd need to carry everything from your car to your unit which might be a far ways away.

The building lost power for half day. The trash does not get picked up. The two employees are in a terrible mood all day but they are honest.
