Honesty
If you don't mind at closing noticing people that live in there after hours and don't mind the lack of cleanliness when it comes to liquids on the floor especially with dog pee and other liquid substances. Always have a shortage on cart unless nobody else is moving and if you stay too close to closing they will lock you inside the gate. For the price it shouldn't be that many problems but it's convenient if you're located in the area.

Got a screaming deal on a medium-sized unit, far cheaper than I could find elsewhere, even for smaller sizes, and this place is brand-new and all-indoor. This must have been a special sale price for that particular size, however, because all the rest of the sizes available here end elsewhere were significantly higher. It worked out great for me though and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with it so far. My only note is: About the rolling carts available in the elevator lobby for tenantsﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ use; it is past time now for some of them to get new casters/wheels installed. This place echoes very easily upstairs on the floors, and the wheels on some of the carts are in such bad shape it sounds like someone superglued pea-gravel to them, they echo & rattle so loudly while traveling through the concrete/steel corridors. Painfully loud. Also very bumpy and will frequently rattle items off of the carts in-transit unless you catch them before they fall. Definitely needed to have a hand free while using them to keep my items from spilling out onto the floor in-transit. New, and perhaps better-quality casters would very easily fix that. Needs something with durable rubber on the outside of the wheels.

The staff was helpful with getting us get situated. Being kicked out of my apartment complex caused a great deal of concern for me. Your facility came through for me. It took two days to move all my stuff into storage but we managed and ate now looking for other places to rent or move to. Thanks for making a stressful day better.

Nice unit and facility, good rates but they could use more carts and the elevators are deathly slow, I also had to purchase a $20 lock when I had already bought a brand new padlock and I did not appreciate not being informed. Their high mandatory insurance rates are not very cool either. Overall I like my unit though.

Easy move in, good value for near Denver, the climate control is fantastic, A, perfect for paintings, musical instruments, furniture and anything else that might be damaged by changes in temperature, or weather FYI: their "5'x10'" units are actually closer to roughly 4'9" x 10'6" with the door closed, it wasn't an issue for me though.

Had to find a small indoor storage place on short notice. After doing some shopping, these guys had the best pricing in the area. All storage is indoor, climate controlled. If you have big items and need direct access this is not the place for you. The facility was very clean, just opened in January so it is brand new. Service was excellent, very quick and easy sign up. Lots of cameras and good security. Having to put in code for the gate and then again for the door and then again to get out of the gate seems a little overkill, but maybe that's a good thing. The one complaint I have is that the code boxes are arranged such that you can't reach them from your car, and have to get in and out of the car every time you are coming in or going out. This seems pretty silly. Otherwise, all great so far!

Locked in the best price in town online and moved in the next day. Price gouged a bit on the lock but convenience is worth something. Was in and out in an hour including moving my stuff in.

Reserved online an verified via phone call move in cost. When I arrived day of move in, price more than doubled as the unit I reserved was the last one. While the office staff was friendly and courteous, no options were offered and I had to request it there was an option for a different size unit. Otherwise the unit was clean and it was straightforward.

A couple of things I noticed: Understand the sliding door needs code for entrance but if you are moving dozens of things, after a little bit, it really gets annoying to enter the code every time you want to take boxes inside. Also,. the space for loading could be small if you bring a medium size Uhaul, for instance. Thanks,

Go in and have a no problem checking in getingbny paper work handled etc and was told by same person that checked me in that they would be meeting me at the unit to take out the house lock and let us in and it was over an hour or more while the office was locked down and no one was answering at all for us to just sit there and find out that same person went out to lunch instead of letting us in and finishing the move in process I was kinda taken back by it but other than that the unit is great clean and very secure.
