I am currently renting an 8x10 unit. I was paying $79 a month. Today, I find out the price is raised to $159, excessive increase. I thought it was a billing error. I went to the facility and was told it is not an error, there was an increase on rental price. MORE THAN DOUBLE. I was told I already paid that 2 months already. I have been out of state for almost 2 months and have to been able to check my email. I went on the website, with AAA, it is raised to $109. This is advertised ONLINE. I called the facility and asked why I am paying $159 and it is advertised with AAA for $109. I went through AAA when I rented. They office employees admitted the increase is excessive, they were polite and professional, said the manager would refund me 10% percent off this month tomorrow, but for only one month's charges. Never had a problem with this facility in the pass. Would not recommend this facility. Look elsewhere.

Upon moving into the facility, we got a none beatable price for location on our storage unit. Other competitors in the facility are no where near the price for the size and location of storage units offered. We are more then satisfied with the service of Mini U Storage AAA off county line! Customer service is great& very friendly, but you'll need to put aside about half a hour for the whole signing process. Storage is open until 9 and has a key code to get in/out. Doors for the shed are very hard to close but for the price it can't be beat! The ceilings are extremely high in the 5x5 so you can fit more than you normally would.

My credit card company sent me a new card when my old one expired but didn't tell me that the number had changed. As a result, my auto payment was missed for the first time since being a customer. When I called to explain the situation I was told that the late fee could not be waived but was not given a reason. I think this was very unfair and am very diasappointed. I will be closing my unit at the end of the month. This facility just lost a customer over $15.00. Hope it was worth it.

I jrecently rented a large storage unit on May 3rd (wish I could remember the guys name who did my paperwork, maybe James ? ). I have found the moving process pretty stressful. Renting the storage unit was the easiest part thus far. I changed my moving date 3 times, which included the truck rental. I know it was a pain, yet the staff was always so nice about it (thanks Jolene). The truck rental was a huge bonus for me, one less thing to worry about. It was convenient, saved time and money. The price for the storage unit was excellent compared to other places I looked in the area. I was about to pay $40.00 more a month for a smaller unit somewhere else, with no truck rental option. Yay for me! I am so glad I found this place!

Liked working with James, he was very helpful and courteous. Place is clean and well kept and the hours of entry are good. We went through sparefoot.com and got a good deal. We used this storage facility about 5 years ago and liked it that well, we came back when we needed storage services again. Seems to be very secure, we also didn't have any problems with security last time.

Compared to competitive sites, this facility is way down near the bottom of the list. Why? First of all, setting up an account takes twice as long as at other places (for example, ExtraSpace Storage, who do all processing on-line). Second, you cannot setup automatic payment. ExtraSpace Storage offered that and it took an extra five seconds to set it up, so now it is 'set and forget.' Third, I had to send in proof of insurance (my fault as I had brought in a copy of an expired policy)--but they could not take it by email, it HAD to be sent by FAX, which for most home users is an extra pain in the arse. Fourth, and real frosting on this cake, they offered me a voucher for tickets to a Avalanche or Colorado Rockies game. Since I live out of the country and was here only for a couple of weeks, I chose the Avalanche. I received instructions on how to log in to their on-line site to be provided with a list of games for which I could use the voucher. It turns out that when you go to that website, the ONLY option is for Rockies--so in effective, this was a 'false benefit' offered by the office. When I called to ask about it, the office simply told me that he would have to pass on the complain to the owners, who just happened to be out for a few days for the holidays, and just long enough that I will be overseas by the time it gets fixed--if it does. It is a reasonable facility, conveniently located, with average prices, but they are certainly not a modern business using modern business techniques but their competitors certainly do.

Overall, I really like this facility. The only thing I did not like is the Manager's attitude toward another customer. She felt this customer was being evicted and told me several times about her suspicions. She also did not treat this customer very well. I understand that in this business you see things like this - but I don't think it is respectful of others in difficult circumstances to be gossipy, judgmental, and unwilling to be customer service oriented. The facility is clean and everything else is great.

It was very quick and friendly. The unit i rented opened the morning i was moving in and there was a broken bird bath in there still and the employee was very sorry about not having all of it cleaned up yet. I think i interrupted the cleaning prosses.
