THE UNITED I RENTED WAS ADVERTISED AS A 10X10 WHEN WE STARTED TO MOVE IN IT WAS ONLY 9X9 AND THE SHELVING UNITS WOULD NOT FIT AS PLANED. EVERY THING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE LISTED SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE UNIT WAS LISTED AS 10X10 AND AS WE STARTED TO MOVE IN IT WAS 9X9. SO I DONT THINK IT IS RIGHT TO ADVERTISE A SIZE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE WHEN YOU KNOW IT IS NOT RIGHT IN THE END THE SHELVING UNITS WOULD NOT FIT AS PLANED AS THE PRICE IS NOT CORECT PER THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AS ADVERTISED. SO I WOULD RECOMEND THAT YOU SHOULD MEASURE THE UNIT BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT.

I've rented here for a little over 2 years now, on auto-pay so my payment is always on time. I got a notice of a 37% increase in my monthly bill last month. I sent an email and got no response back, so I went into the office. The lady in the office said she sent my email off to corporate to be reconsidered and she'd call me once she heard back, and she said within probably 24 hours. I've not heard back from anyone yet and just got the invoice today for next month and it still has this outrageous increase showing on it. It would've been nice to have the call back I was told I'd receive, and even considered for a reduction of the increase to something more reasonable... I guess corporate greed just looks better to their corporate office than customer service for a loyal customer.

I had been renting a unit at another storage facility when I moved out of state. They raised my rent two consecutive months in a row, and more than doubled my rent per month, not to mention I never received notice of the second increase. I took two days off work, came back to Colorado, and couldn't get into my unit. Apparently it was a computer glitch, but that was the final straw. Oh, and this was on my birthday. Not that that's a huge thing but it was the icing on cake. I had made a reservation with Mini U Storage, just in case, and I'm so glad I did. Location is convenient, views are spectacular, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me because I was seriously stressed out. They put a cart for me to use by the door, made sure there were door stops so I could easily bring my belongings in to the unit. I'm very happy with everything about this transition to Mini U Storage.

The customer service is great. They are very friendly and helpful. The unit is a bit smaller than advertised but everything fit. It was clean, but had snow build up directly in front of the door. It was just a bit of a tripping hazard while moving in and about the unit.

The units were very clean and easy to load things into. I goofed and locked one of my units in the open position - not the way they showed me. They immediately called to let me know what I had done. Staff live on the property for added security as well. Highly recommend to anyone as they have the best deals in town.

I was a bit annoyed at the fact that the standard insurance was just applied without even asking if I have homeowners or renters insurance (I do)...and I wasn't given the option of receiving a refund...all I was told is I'd have to call back next month with proof of insurance.

I was able to rent the space within minutes online and verified everything with the managers when I got to the space itself. Was able to set up automatic payments deducted directly from my checking which is very convenient to me. The location and size was perfect and definitely raised high enough that no moisture gets inside when it rains or snows.

I moved in yesterday and spoke with Deborah on the phone before-hand. When I arrived, Deborah had the paperwork ready for me and they immediately showed me the unit. The unit was a perfect fit my needs and the price was half of what I was paying down the street. The customer service experience was great and they went above and beyond for me. They even gave us two free tickets to a Nuggets game! I moved to Littleton almost two years ago and I wish I would have used their facilities for the last two years instead of the place I had been storing before. PS - I like the $250 a month gift card raffle idea. I might have to incorporate it into my business too!! :)

Worked out great. The discount for online ordering was an excellent incentive that made Mini U more competitive than other players in the market. The facility was clean and ready to show when I arrived. The staff was polite, well organized, and had everything ready in a packet when I arrived. The facility also sits on a hill top and if you have seen the rainfall here in July and August, you can appreciate this.
