Cindy was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I do wish the unit had a light that worked, but other than that, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m quite happy so far.

Cindy was extremely responsive to my online inquiry about the storage room, the location, contract terms and walked me through the handy app for gate access.

Cindy helped me move to another unit when I first checked in due to ice in front of the doorway. She was thinking about safety and the ease of moving in to the unit. She also assisted me with the change unit paperwork and insured I was not charged any extra fees. She took time to teach me how to use the iPhone app to operate the gate and insured it worked. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. I really appreciated her cheerful and caring manner.

this facility is okay to store household items at. although seems to be little updating. maintenance is lacking.
