Ms.Dawn Marie was a very helpful and awesome person to talk to...she went out of her way to make sure that we got our spot for my jeep commander clean and ready. Paperwork? Boy was she amazing we couldn't get our gate code and she stayed with us and made sure we got our right gate code and super quick in getting to everything. Customer service is excellent Ms. Dawn Marie is amazing and super friendly and she crack jokes too..such a wonderful person to be around made us feel like we important. Thanks Ms. Dawn Marie keep up the great work.

Very happy with this facility for my enclosed car trailer storage.

Just moved our RV there and it's great. Nice open space to be able to move large vehicles around and the facility is secure.

Easy rental process, unit was clean.

Robin was so helpful in getting me in the best space after the initial one was having problems with the door. The replacement unit is so nice and away from the ice patches. Being an elderly woman this is an added precaution. Robin said she is not usually at this store---but she is a wonderful representative for the company.

Electronic check-in was fast and convenient and unit was clean and ready for occupancy. The only issue was that you are initially forced upfront to purchase a lock and insurance from Public Storage-- both can be immediately refunded, but that requires a physical stop and discussion with the on-site staff.

Quick and easy booking, pricing was slightly off from expectation, but not greatly different.

Everyone was very pleasant and nice.

Spot was not labeled and difficult to find. Spot was also not flat, which would be difficult if you had a larger vehicle

It was a very horrific day . My son hurt his arm at work but still ended up being the only person to help me during the uhaul rented time. We than a friend drove from windsor colo to help unload because my son and I were so exhausted. I have the notice on my email of code confirmation number, etc....but there is a lock ob B0028 the unit in my email. I called and left 4 messages no response . Took the packed uhaul back home than finally heard back from the employee after 930 next morning. Had to pay more for uhaul and friends twice. They simply said " opps atypo " .that costed me way too much for a typo.....

The young Lady that serviced me was very professional and delivered great customer service. She was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the facility and company policies.

Good stuff nice people good place and safe place to store your belongings

We can't move in until Feb 1st, but it seems to be PERFECT!! As long as they give us the special rate you quoted of $102/month.

Tom was super helpful. Showed us around and gave us options to choose from. Super fast getting paper work completed. Great customer service.

The manager on shift was polite and friendly, knowledgeable and open regarding pricing. Willingness to show me multiple units was great he did not make me feel rushed or unimportant.he went over the security of the property including lighting Gates cameras lock checks which made me feel confident this was the right place to go. Average, 1st, when I rented it the lady said she will leave a Public Storage lock on the unit until C052 I move stuff in and put my own lock on it, the day after I rented I got an urgent email that my unit was not locked up. 2nd Yesterday 2/26 I called Public Storage and instructed then I was bringing my first load and own lock...lady went out and removed Public Storage lock, never bothered to remove the snow out front of the unit, even though she knew I was moving in, (unit faces north), poor customer service, and then I noticed No light bulb in the unit, I was not informed I needed to provide my own light bulb....so therefore the customer service could be better

Nothing the staff did could have been done better. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Price was very reasonable. I recommend Public Storage highly, without any reservation...

Should be able to help your customers. Leaving storage early still have to pay for the entire month. Only complaint.

My boyfriend rented a unit here for all of our stuff while we look for a house in Littleton. The place seems a little old and outdated, but secure enough, and the two gates make it easy to get in and out of. Legea and Nicole were super helpful and made the process fun. Also, wide aisles between buildings make it easy for a uHaul to get in there. Thanks!!

The gentleman who was there was wonderful. The wo man who was there had bad custimer service skills. If she had been the one checking me out and showing me around I would not have gotten a unit with you guys. I was very pleased with the unit and it's size.

Jeff was very helpful and it took no time at all to complete the rental. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Clean and well lit property.

I rented here recently and stopped into the office today regarding a few questions. All four staff members were so helpful and kind. Im glad to be storing my stuff here at this location!

This is an edited review because I was not aware that anyone would wrongfully get in trouble due to my review and my previous review was unnecessarily influenced by personal issues unrelated to my actual experience with the facility and the staff. The staff, especially Lisha the manager, have all been very kind and helpful to me especially through a very rough time in my life. I was a month late with paying my rent and they really worked with me to make sure I didn't lose all my belongings. For that I can't thank you enough. The only actual issue I had with this location was an issue with my light bulb not working and it's really not that big of a deal. As long as I know my stuff is safe that's all I can ask for, so thank you. And considering how big of a unit I have the price is very reasonable for a 10'x30' unit. I hope anyone who read my previous review reads this revised version and takes into consideration I never was writing to negatively influence anyone's thinking about the management or staff here. I'm very happy with my rental at this facility and the caring manager Lisha.

Renting storage from this company was a breeze and a pleasure. Worked with Jon and Liegia and they were very professional and kind. Went very smoothly and would recommend to anyone looking for storage in this area. My one suggestion, is to do as much of the info as you can online, makes the appointment much quicker and easier. Everything went as we had expected. Walked in, check out a storage unit that would fit out needs, got signed up and unloaded out stuff.

It was a great experience

The office crew is wonderful to deal with. But being a single female, and one who had to load up most of my possessions into a storage unit with little to no help, the fact that there is no outside lighting at the Littleton P.S., makes it very creepy indeed to go to my storage after dark - which is when I mostly can go, after work.

From when I set it up online to moving in had to be one of the most painless experiences I have ever had the prices were right on what they said no hidden fees all up front.

I have used Public storage before and, again was not disappointed. Easy access and quick check in with minimal fuss and bother.

Good,clean,fairly secure, honost adminisyration. Dont know of one better.
