Very convenient to complete the whole process online. When I arrived to the facility the first time, the attendant, Paul was friendly and guided me to my storage unit, giving me additional and very helpful information.

My friends were shocked when I told them how low of a price I was paying for my storage space. This deal was unimaginable!

Super easy move-in. Facility feels clean and safe…. well lit. Appreciate they have dollys on site to assist with move. Love my phone app to open and close doors. Well priced

The really nice thing about public storage and my experience was how my rep. Made me feel about storing my belongings with Public Storage. His last day is Friday and has been with the company for 4 years. I understand it's not a high-paying job but every now and then companies run into an employee that may be worth keeping or promoting. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but I do know it was a great to see the work ethic when you really didn't need too because his time with the company's up in a few days. Public storage should be very proud.

AJ in the office was awesome and very helpful. Easy process to rent. Only reason it's not a 5/5 is that you have to get out of your car to put your gate code in both when you arrive and when you leave. Very inconvenient but the facility is nice.

We have had to store a lot of our stuff as we sell our home and search for another. Public Storage has the large space we need at a reasonable price that we want. the sites and the spaces are clean and appear to be well maintained.

We came in close to closing time. The explanation of how to navigate screens was somewhat lacking. Otherwise the traveling manager was very nice and helpful.

AJ was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice to my daughter, whom I had with me. While moving my stuff into my unit I have witnessed AJ going around the site making sure it was clean and clear of any debre, "thank you" by the way.

Great service quick and easy

We moved from Texas and after a very long trip the repersentive handled us fabously, she was kind and fixed us up with our locker right away, will refer people there.

Christine is very helpful and made sure I understood the policies and procedures for my unit.

I was really please with the customer service of the location to begin with. Christine and AJ were great and they answered all my questions and made it easy for me to go through the process, as this was my first storage rental. The space was also great and fit my needs just like it was advertized. The only thing I would say was an issues, if that, was that when I signed up for the room online, it said I only had to pay $22 but I ended up paying almost $70. If anything, just give a heads up on extra fees and what not. I was prepared but that could've been an issue if I hadn't been. Other than that, it was great, definitely would rent from this company again!
