I found, reserved, and leased my 10' x 20' unit all in about half a day, moved my stuff in that afternoon. Customer service was excellent, and the process was very smooth. Efficient and very friendly. The place I choose is kind of out of the way, but the online map was clear. Better security than my old storage place, too! You need your code at all times and for both entering and leaving the premises.
