Just fine. You can wash your vehicle while there. When quoting cost it would be more transparent if disclosure was made about added cost of insurance and mandatory use of your lock for additional cost.

Highly Recommended This is my first experience with public storage. The manager here, Mark, was super clear and helpful and I feel like my things will be well cared for. The facility is very clean and that gave me more confidence in this as well.

Mark was very nice to work with, even though he had hurt his knee and was in a lot of pain and limping. I called him to see if he had received my online reservation, he had not and said he would wait for me to come in, even though he was closing. I arrived and he explained everything to me. He was thorough and detailed. I will recommend them.

It's been awhile since I rented a storage unit, so I was pretty shocked at the cost. But, I found a nice, clean place about a mile from home. The price was a little less than other places in town. The staff was very helpful, and respected the social distancing and wear-a-mask rules in place here in Boulder County.

Literally, could not be happier with the experience here. They just make it easy.

It is pretty good overall, but they sneak in a REQUIRED monthly insurance premium of 11 to 15 dollars.

I love the $1 for the first month but after that the month to month process are steep. Competitive but everyone is steep

The facility is very nice and convenient. The person at the front desk was present and handled our needs but not the most friendly person to meet. However, he did what he needed to do. We have not needed to return yet. Thank you, Barb Page

Unit is clean and well kept. But I don't like that the receipt is so convoluted. And no paper copy. Mark is very professional and friendly as a manager.

Honest and looked out for my interest, suggested a larger unit at a lower price for the first 2 months, turned out to be the size I needed anyway. Really helpful and friendly.

We got fantastic customer service from Mark. He wasn't there to just push through some paperwork - he got us some discounts, gave us advise on how big of a unit we needed, how to pack it, and even directed me to drive my giant moving truck around the property. After a stressful day of moving, Mark's service was a real silver lining. This place also seems to have some of the best hours in town as well.

This facility was a lifesaver for my recent move. It was very close to home and very reasonably priced, with convenient access hours. Everyone I worked with there was friendly and professional. My experience with Mark was great. He checked me in and explained everything clearly. He has been very accommodating and is always very friendly when I visit the unit. The storage units are very clean and the whole facility is very well maintained. Security is good, too. I always felt safe, and felt that my belongings were safe as well. I would use this facility again without hesitation. In fact this facility gave me such a good impression that I am using Public Storage on the other end of my move. I hope they are as good!

From the first call to Mark at public storage at 17th and Wedgewood in Longmont, we have had noth iI ng but the BEST service ever. The facility is clean and everyone in the office has been very friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage they can trust.
