I was able to get everything done online- I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go view but I was very happy to see how clean the storage and the aisles are free of dirt and debris. Seems like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very well kept facility.

Called to verify hours and staff stated they'd be gone for appointments, asked when they'd be back and received attitude when they were over 2 hours late returning. When they called said they'd meet me in 20 min and took over 45 min and then got snippy with me because I mentioned the over an hour wait for my locks being blamed that I was told about appointments, eventhough they lied about their return time...that i verified prior. Really rude and unprofessional.

I was a little after 10 for going to the box to get out and I was locked in there for about two hours. Nobody would answer my phone calls or messages and I feel that if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in the storage after 10 you should still be able to get out or at least have a after hours emergency number after two hours of honking and having to have people come to the storage to help me out and pounding on the door of manager at the storage to help me out and getting told I had to have to contact the police in order to be let out itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s kind of crap I think.
