Extra charge for lock when I already own a lock. Would've been an easy fix if there was someone at the facility to talk to

I was able to easily compare pricing, location and terms through SquareFoot. Public Storage Beethoud is very clean and looked brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was welcomed with open arms by big rob, and this facility is phenomenal for the money! I couldn't be happier. I was given contact information, if anything were to happen and I couldn't be happier with my unit. As it is climate control and inside the facility and the price is exceptional.
