Storage Star is awesome they got me into a storage unit that same day with friendly customer service and their front office is great it’s dog friendly. Their prices where the best I found in Loveland and Fort Colllins area.

This is a great storage place, except anytime I roll in there to unload stuff, they drive by and watch me like I'm doing something wrong. Love the place, love the lady who helped. Don't like the profiling.

I came in for my first storage unit earlier this month. I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes while other customers were there. Annette and Carla were helping me and were veery helpful and friendly. I've come back a couple of times to visit the unit and have had no issues!

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s dirty and has pests. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very dirty because the doors donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seal and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s windy at the top of the hill, surrounded by dirt and weeds. The people are nice and helpful. Proceeds go to families of fallen firefighters.

Moved from Ky up here and chose this storage unit out of the ones I checked on. Very secure, clean and pricing is fair. I go in all hours of the night due to my work schedule and feel very safe being there with the security system thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s installed.

The woman at the front desk who helped me was so kind and patient with me, considering I did not have a single clue what I was doing. The space is really nice too, super tall ceilings which makes it easier to have more stuff packed in!!

We moved here from Milwaukee, WI. This storage facility is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and personable. Love!! We changed sizes of units and they just rolled with it! Super easy to work with!

Josh provided excellent customer service and assistance. Efficient paperwork process, provided personal guidance to my particular storage unit, and he assured that all parts of the door and lock set portion of the door were working as needed. Great help!

Recently rented a small storage unit from Firehouse and the staff was very helpful. Seems like it's well run with good security and fair rates.

After looking through several other places, found a great deal here. Very helpful and thorough with all information needed. The firetruck theme was a reminder that ems is a huge part of everyday life that gets overlooked.

Checking in was easy and the site is easy to use and clean. They made our move and storage less stressful!

Even though we arrived just prior to closing time on the day before a holiday weekend, the friendly and helpful staff did not rush us out the door, but instead went out of their way to make sure we had a lock so we could access the unit over the holiday. They even verified that our gate code was working properly so we were confident we would have no problems the next day when the office would be closed. Very impressed overall!

Cheapest rates I found in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful. A promotional price I was promised was no longer available when I checked in, but I was given another promotional rate that was almost as good. My gate code initially wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working, but the staff was quick to resolve the issue.

The place is clean and easy to get to. I would recommend it to anyone with stuff to store.

Been at this site 6+yrs. has gone down hill a little more every year. But this is the worst. Rent cost stays the same but benefits keep getting taken away, without any notification. Have a 30ft unit, really dark in the back, and guess what..... They took away the electricity. Unit is no good if you can see where stuff is. Horrible, Rude office personnel.

It is clean and priced well, but I am working with the office still to get the pricing I was told I would get. I am not sure if the person I am dealing with is new or not, bit so far not impressed.

Very clean place and the office is very cool looking! Comparing very many different prices of other places they have the best price. The paperwork process was easy. Very friendly and great customer service; I highly recommend! You do need a lock though. They have some onsite for $18.99, they are the bigger heavy duty ones but if you don't want to pay that price you can get your own!
