When I called about the move in date, I told the manager I work 70+hours 7 days a week. I had to move in on a Saturday when I worked, had to drive 190 miles back to Pueblo. When I arrived at a time they should be open, no person was there. I called, texted, emailed every contact I had and finally someone showed up. Said they had worked almost 40 hours that week. After a rainstorm, I told the mgr a water puddle was in the parking area in front of the locker. Freezing weather was imminent. They didn’t care. Said it was normal. Every time I tried to use the locker, the same water puddle was there. I moved out after one month. Customer service was bad. I rent lockers in 9 different states. I expect better. I was sent too many repeated emails, texts and calls asking for a good review. You don’t deserve one.

Immediately given multiple options as far as the units go. Was given a call and emailed responses to any questions or direction I needed. Then upon move in day everything was explained thoroughly and also give some peace of mind to the storage area in general.
