Public Storage - Westminster - 5005 W 80th Ave

Hassle free very clean. Convenient location. Haven't been with company but 3 days but so far seems to be friendly and legit business. Still moving into unit have lot more to take there but I have no complaints to express

This is the best, it was so easy, and my unit was spotless, I highly recommend this storage.

I was able to rent a storage without any hassle and was moving my stuff in within the hour.

The manager at the location was very polite and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was all of the small start up fees to get going. Online ads lead me to believe $1 for the first month. Ended up being about $68. Kind of annoying.

Besides the massive potholes in the lot, nice storage unit.

Very personable employees! Everything went smooth from the time I made my online reservation. I received a call within minutes and got my unit that afternoon.

I saw a place where someone could easily get over the fence and be in the storage garage area. I did not look very hard.

Online reservation was easy. Rate is good. Angie, Rental Clerk was very efficient and friendly checking us in!

The staff at both locations I went to were very helpful and friendly. They helped me decide what kind of space I needed and found me the best price they could offer. The staff at the site I chose was through and professional when helping me fill out the contract and assigning my until. They even walked me out to check that the gate code I as issued worked. A++!!

The public storage employee was very informative and nice. He explained the rules and regulations and made sure I understood them. He gave me all the resources i needed and did all that in a timely manner!

Alex and Jamie were so helpful in getting me check in and making sure I had the right unit for what I needed space wise. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would recommend!!

Jami was so nice from the start! You could tell she really cared about her role in this company. The unit she took us to see was very clean and just what we were looking for. The entire property was well kept and clean.

Jamie was super helpful in guiding us to the proper size and explaining the insurance options, she went out of her way to figure x our reservation that got duplicated online twice. I highly recommend you stop in and see her.

Easy way to go

The customer service was really good but it took a long time to go through all of the information. It would have been nicer not having to wait over 30 minutes for the people in front of me to pay and sign the papers

It was our first time using Public Service and we enjoyed the whole process. Done all in one day.
