Is that a good price on the storage unit but not many access points for inside storage. Also, the app keypad access only works some of the time.

The easiest move in process ever. Place is super clean and storage area was clean. They make the move in process very easy and you do everything on your own. Great price for the unit as well.

Elevators didn't cooperate well, don't know why they weren't working. Very disappointed that I bought a lock only to find out I couldn't use mine. More $ to buy provided lock. Hope I can get a refund! Otherwise appreciated the $1 first month, since I thought admmin fee a little much.

Moving in was easy and Hassel free. Everything was done online and worked the day of move in without having to speak to anyone in person. Would definitely recommend.

it was good. It was cool inside. Only thing that could have made the place more ideal would be a large loading dock so more than one moving truck can unload

Super clean space, outlet was able to charge my dying phone because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a compatible cord, moving in the summer so the a/c in the building was phenomenal and a great water fountain at the entrance.

I had a difficult time setting up appointment and then when I arrived no one was there. Tried calling and kept getting transferred around. Once the Public Storage rep arrived everything went smoothly but was frustrating up to that point.

I was set to move in on a sunday and since they are closed, I had to move in remotely and was ensured it would all be taken care of. I paid, and proceeded to wait for my unit information, however that never came. They were then closed on Sunday when I needed to move in and I was not able to access my unit because they did not complete their side of the move in process. None of their 1-800 numbers could help me, and since they already had taken my money, I couldn't even choose another unit to rent from and had to find somewhere to store my stuff for all of Sunday and half of monday. The best part, is that instead of refunding me for the two days they literally stole from me since I couldn't move in, they just tried to give me a discount for the next month. When I told them I will not be renting for the next month, they told me because they are "corporate" they couldn't do anything about the giant and inconvenience mistake they made. Will not be using this place again and I would make sure you register in person if you're going to choose them.

Clean and very good security. The move in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The rolling carts available made the process much faster and easier. Great climate control.

It's busy and there is not enough carts to share.

I really appreciate that I can reserve and complete the move in process completely online.

The lady that showed us everything was great she deserves a raise!!

Only suggestion is to allow two emails on a business account for ease of record keeping

Great friendly place to store your belongings

We got a good rate, set everything up online and moved our stuff in with no hassle.

Initially, there was a hitch authorizing our PIN. We gained entry using a given code/PIN, after which our PIN started working at all entry and exit locations.

Renting the unit was so easy and the instructions were very clear from the beginning.

After looking high & low, I found this location of public Storage to be the best for me. After moving my belongings in I verified it is safe, clean & well monitored. Best decision for local storage I made.

Can't stress enough, the personnel who work at this facility are top notch. I've used them for a variety of reasons, having had three different storage units. Each time - stellar assistance. I may be "in need" again to store my personal furnishings, and won't hesitate to use this facility.

My experience went well. I did not know that a code was needed to work the elevator, but I likely just didn't hear that part of the instructions, because I was given a code. I just didn't realize it was for the elevator

I had no problems with reservation, check-in and contract, and the move in.

Overall service was great, there are plenty of space to store and the pricing is fantastic and great for college students. Cindy was really patient and nice, it was a great overall experience.

Cindy was there to meet me and had all the questions answered perfectly. We looked at the unit and then did some paperwork which only took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Super simple and great people

5x5 was nice and clean. Tall ceilings make for great amount of space. Brought a foldable wagon to move things- others had issues while we were there because there was only 1 or 2 carts.

The storage unit is secure and easy to get into.

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember what the height dimension was but it really helped being so tall. Also I really liked how the roofs were covered but not solid. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like feeling trapped in a box.

What is a relatively painless experience, super convenient super quick and ultimately fast convenient and definitely accommodating. No real interaction with any staff or any one associated with the store yet.

great storage unit, very clean, but moving in was an ordeal. I had requested after-hours access since I wasn't going to arrive at the unit until around 8, and figured all was well. At 9, in the middle of moving furniture inside, the storage building locked me out and didn't allow me access. I attempted to contact public storage customer service and the property manager to no avail, and my unit was left open overnight with belongings in the hall. The property manager (who lives onsite) came out to make sure I left the property, and did so without communicating with me about my issue or offering assistance. Other than the movein, I like the unit and quality, but that was a very frustrating process.

Customer service, cleanliness of the unit, location to my house and within the complex - all great! Text and email communication prior to moving and after have been good and not too extensive; it took about 15 minutes to check in, grab my keys, etc. I give it a 4/5 stars because the insurance coverage is too low and the monthly price is high (but possibly comparable). Very happy with everything so far though!

I did not know i would have to pay for certain items, until after i got to facility, i had know choice but to rent from them because my rental uhaul truck was already full of my stuff. I google storage $1 free first month then $36 per month. But the catch is, is that you have to pay admin fee of $24.00 and $15.00 for renters insurance and almost $20.00 for there cylinder lock, why can't i use my own lock????i have 3 locks sitting here at my house. admin fee is a one time fee i guess of $24.00 There cylinder lock is almost $20.00 So your 1st month rent is not really a $1 dollar.

Excellent this service. The owner does not allow padlocks as an option to lock the unit. You have to purchase a separate $20 cylinder lock.

Cindy was so helpful and nice. She showed us the area we would be storing our vehicle, let us park it there and we went back and finished the paperwork. I love the fact that you can get a lot of your intake stuff done before you show up on move in day. So much easier!

My car died in the parking lot and needed a jump. I called the on staff person to let them know, and they granted access after I called.
