I called ahead to see what was available after checking online. I spoke to Joe, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Joe explained what the sizing would look like, so I was able to judge the size of storage I would need. He held the size I chose so that I may go to the site to check it out before renting, which is awesome to do, by the way. I went to the site and met another incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employee, Shakira, who also goes by "Sam". She showed me all of the available storage sizes and I decided on one just a little different than the one I had on hold. I immediately leased the storage unit with Sam, which because of Joe, who did all of the important information online with me, made completing the paperwork with Sam a breeze! The prices for the sizes of the units are incomparable there and the place as a whole is exceptionally clean and safe. I had a wonderful experience at this site!
