My wife and I are extremely please with the customer service that we received, from the reservation to the rental of the storage unit. Ms. Elaine (203) 416-6179 she is extremely excellent in what she does when the custmer come to the office. She took us to see the unit, and she herself cleaned the unit for us. Again thank you sooooo very much for caring for us the customers. I give a trillion thumbs up. PUBLIC STORAGE has a very nice and plesant custmer service department. Thank you for your services. I had been using two Storage places that were good, but very expensive. Moving to Bridgeport, I read reviews and decided on Public Storage on Wordin. Elaine, the mgr, is fabulous. Honest,smart, practical, no pressure and friendly. I was back at my room the next day filling it up with no surprises. Value and convenience.

Everytime we've needed to put our stuff in storage we've always gone with Public Storage, our household items are safe the facility is clean, dry and well protected. We pack our boxes away and have Peace of Mind. Customer service and rates are good, I've even recommended Public Storage to family and friends ??

Great service, great deal on space.

While the employees were wonderful, there were two customers, not handicapped, taking up the only two spaces available to someone like me. No handicapped sign in either of their windows. One followed me in the store and began harassing me, that I should just ask her to move. My point to her, not listened to of course, was that I shouldn't have to ask....it is illegal in the State of CT to park in handicap areas with no handicap sign. She became so irate the manager had to come out. The staff was not busy outside, they could easily walk around the corner and make sure no one is parking where they shouldn't.
