Easy, smart safe system to get your unit

I was happy to get a climate controlled unit for my items. The manager was very helpful getting my account set up and showing me the unit.

The customer service representative who I dealt with was very knowledgeable. I was in an extreme hurry and she had the process moved in enough time for me to get to work on time.

No issues with online reservations, checking in was easy, staff was kind.

A great big thank you to Matthew (who was filling in at Bristol) and Chris "the handy man" for fixing the door and latch on my cube within 24 hours!! Their professionalism and service was exceptional. Chris made sure that i was able to raise and lower the door without any problems and he fixed the latch that was hard to move. Please acknowledge these individuals for jobs well done!!

Everything was great except for all the additional charges when I went to move in! Had to pay $30 for two locks cuz they gave me 2 5x10s instead of 1 10x10 like I asked for!! I should not have to pay for locks

This is my first storage unit and thus far, the only complaint I have was that I didn't have a hand truck available. (Friends have told me other facilities have them.) I'm not sure if there is one available to borrow from the office. Luckily, I was able to borrow one. Cathy, the representative who helped me with my paperwork, was very courteous. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

The reservation process online was quick and simple, and the "move-in" day was fun and friendly. A++

I had to move alone and I was having a really rough day and the woman at the front desk was amazing. She showed me where all of the hand trucks were and just really helped me out.

had to go 3 times, door was always locked during business hours. Was charged the wrong price. They could not get entry code to work so i had to go in again to get code

Staffing changes have led me to believe the company is moving in a wrong direction. Previous staff was excellent, new staff never seems interested or motivated in what I have to say. And it always appears as if the place might be run down. I wouldn't refer anyone here, unfortunately.

I can't say enough good things but the one that counts I'm happy to do business there and I highly recommend it always to friends and family, good fair pricing , excellent security, and a good feeling like your family that your possessions stored there safe.

I've been with U-STORE-IT for over 4 years I cant say enough about the facility always clean, people there managers Craig and Justin are super friendly, any questions are answered fast curiously and if they don't know, when they say we'll get right back to you it's followed up by a call or e-mail usually in less than 24hr.

The staff is so great and professional! I always feel like a VIP when I stop in. Great people, great company, I won't go anywhere else!
