I love how you can check in with your phone at the gate. Staff was super friendly. I chose a unit upstairs, wished they had an elevator but was ok. I would recommend.

office manager was fantastic. he checked the height of the lip, showed us around, and was extremely helpful. he answered any questions we had and assisted with the paperwork and internet set up

Ron went out of his way and fulfilled every need I did I needed a very amazing worker very long time

The gentleman that assisted us had a great sense of humor and gave us all the information that we asked for and got us taken care of in a timely manner

The 3 times I stopped by the office, during business hours, no one was there

The young lady who helped me out I believe her name was Sara was awesome. She explained how everything worked and sold me insurance and a lock explaining how important all of that is. Sara was very friendly and actually seemed like aperson who enjoyed her job very much.

I had an appointment at 1pm..The employee was training another employee, there was a gentleman in front me that had no appointment the manager I do belive came in for his shift and took me right away. He showed me the unit did all paperwork I was out by 1:30pm. They were all friendly, smiling so filled with happiness and joy. They made me feel welcomed.

The receptionist at the desk was EXTREMELY polite , she had answered all my questions, she made me feel like my belongings will be safe & checked at the end of the shifts . She was awesome ! I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in storage !! Thank you !

not really 1 usd, but around 50 usd first month, then 70 above every more months for 5 by 10 storage. hope it doesnt get flooded, very basic place to be honest, not crazy security it looks like, but this is located in a good people's town so it doesn't really matter. kinda sick to know they auction your stuff if cant pay rent, instead how about pay even 1/2 the rent a month and let it slide, if not then nvm. s h i t.

This is my first time renting any kind of storage unit. The price was very fair for a 10x10 unit, much more affordable than the other companies I looked at. On move in day, I went down to the office to set everything up. I was met by Sara who was very welcoming and kind. She walked me over to the unit, showed me how the locks worked, and gave me some great tips on protecting what I'm storing. She answered all my questions and was very thorough. I haven't even moved anything in yet and I'm super impressed. Great price, value, and customer service! Keep up the good work!
