At first, I was a little confused where the unit was after paying at the office but, Dorothy had me follow behind her and she lead me right on over. Dorothy was beyond helpful and was a very kind person. Very friendly and patient. Plenty of storage units and for me this one seemed to be the best option for the price it was. They offer different deals on different units. Some are first month free or first month half price. My unit was fairly clean considering, and the floor was swept up nicely.

I have been in and out of this facility a few times, and I always feel safe. That was very important to me

The manager was very nice and friendly. I was a little afraid of using a storage facility but he put me at ease. However, I made one reservation on Sparefoot, canceled that one and made a new reservation. The facility kept telling me I let the reservation expire and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t qualify for the first month free. I showed him the new reservation but he said the computer didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show that. I sure hope I get that first month free

The Prime Storage team has been great with communication. They have followed up with me to ensure a smooth move-in. The facility is clean and does what I need it to do and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a less expensive alternative to a moverﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s facility.

I had to move all my stuff to another unit due to the fact that the first one SMELLED of oil and gas. I was not happy about that. But Patty and John were very helpful!!
