easy in and out the guy working was nice and the light. would recommend to kiss somebody else. II don't like is I had to get the insurance and you don't cover water damage or anything like that and tornadoes and stuff like that. Which you should cover. That's insurance supposed to do. Cover all that $17. A month is kind of high.

I got a 10x20 temp controlled unit. Price was very reasonable. It’s a new facility so very clean. Gentlemen at front desk was very thorough and sociable. He answered all my questions and then some.

Worst part of website was it was difficult to secure promotional rate before a live body came on before I could complete the on-line application. Afterwards when I attempted to load my insurance information, the site told me that my reservation had been cancelled, the day before my guaranteed reservation was to expire. Then when I attempted to use the CHATBOX feature, it did not understand my complaint, even with multiple attempts. BAD AI!! The next day, I visited the on-site manager who was waiting for me and stated that the website should not have given a cancellation message. He processed my insurance paperwork and removed the charge for Premiers insurance plan. He did apologize for the website errors and the human intervention problems. Also, he has had other complaints about the CHATBOX feature. He was going to forward my complaint to his area manager.

Reasonable rate for a 20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ parking spot. Check in was easy, was given a tour of available spots and a choice of which spot I preferred.

Place is very Nice , people very easy to work with. Secure gate very comforting. Cost is on par with the area ,very heavy demand I understand . But this is the New way of internet life ,Stock trader at every register now the instant more then one is sold the price go up. We all should be in the storage Businesses Recommend you Go directly to facility ,See the unit and book it there if it serves you . Avoid places that threaten to charge you more if you don't book online ,That is what i learned from this experience. Two Many siting at home in there underwear collecting part time Pay . With that kind of Money rolling in there should be fifty employees at that facility helping you Load and unload . Use only in Extreme Emergency Cheers

The gentlemen who helped me ( John) was very pleasant and informative. He showed me my unit before signing anything to make sure I approved. The unit was clean and inside the building so I had double protection. The key pad being used to get in as well as getting out, was a nice surprise, I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect to have to punch in my code to leave the facility and I found that reassuring.

John was extremely nice and helpful, showed me different units and allowed for me to pick which i wanted. Paper work and move in was smooth, would recommend

It is a very welcoming facility. I love how the area is gated and you need a certain code to have access. The climate controlled storages are perfect temperature. I really am happy about it just think it may be a little over priced but over all itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very good.

I am satisfied to have a clean unit and the floor is very dry.

fees on admin side drove up the cost more than expected.
