Turk at the front desk was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure exactly what unit I needed and he took the time to show me all the different size units. The facility is bright and clean. I would highly recommend.

I rented a unit sight unseen. There was a promotion for 2 months free. When I arrived I was blown away by the facility. It is clean, all enclosed and safe. There's also an elevator and Dolly's. Turk was very kind and helpful. The location is not only convenient to 84 but also peaceful as there were deer roaming the property at 2:30 in the afternoon. Absolutely would recommend the facility.

After a cross country move I was not looking forward to the move-in. The gentleman behind the desk (the manager) invited me in, offered me a seat and took care of the paperwork. He recommended that I sit on the couch and let my movers do the work! On the hottest day of the year the air conditioning was more than welcome!

We were very impressed with the friendliness & cleanliness of this storage facility. The gentlemen was very helpful & kind. He even complimented our children. Our unit even came with large built in shelves at no extra cost. We will recommend this facility to all people we know looking to store away some of their belongings.

I shopped around most storage places in Danbury and Brookfield. This was by far the cleanest and most reasonable pricing. Happy with whole experience, only setback I would say is I booked the unit a few days ahead of my move date. When I arrived to move before the office had opened, my entry code wasn't activated and there was still a lock on my unit. Had this been on a Day the office was closed, I'd be pretty upset. Luckily the manager or owner arrived shortly and took care of it all. I was pleased with his customer service and the overall facility.
