You say that it will be $22 per month and then you charge $19 for insurance and another $20 for a lock once you get there. All costs should be up front. Also other storage facilities do not require insurance. Someone should be able to sign a waver if they don't want insurance!

I am overall please with the self storage. There is however a communication issue between square-foot and the actual facility. I would have been easier talking to the New Milford office directly. Every time I spoke to someone I would get different info.
