I reserved online and got an access code to the facility, but it didn't work. I got there shortly before the office closed for the day. Luckily the servicewoman was there and she gave me a different code that worked. If she hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to get in. She was very helpful

Called from Nashville TN to the Danbury CT Public Storage reserved a unit for my hole house. The lady from Danbury called me several times on my way up to check in and make sure we were going to arrive on time. We arived on time and got settled into our unit fast with the help of local dalancy street movers. All in all the hole experience was fast and easy.

I have been storing at this Facility for years. I have received great customer service from Eileen Suzanne and Christina. The facility is clean and well lit I have no billing issues, Auto pay is a great way to go. Jessica the DM runs a ship shape operation. I feel safe being here at my unit as a single woman . All employees are very helpful.

Came here to this location. I had 24 hrs before turning over my house to the new owners and moving down south. I had extra stuff and had no where to put it. Called mill plain public storage and the girls. Christina and Suzanne were fantastic. They adhered to my every need and got me moved in to two units. These girls new I was under a lot of pressure and the made every step easy. Thank you to both of these ladies. Great professional employees. I would recommend this storage 10/10 times before anywhere else!!!!!

I can honestly say that I am a Public Storage user for the past 4 and 1/2 years because of her outstanding customer service. Public Storage runs a greats storage operation!

This is an excellent company... They make paying your bill very easy and the website is excellent. The only reservation I have, and why I gave it only 4 stars is that the phone service is terrible. There is absolutely no way to speak to an agent... They have a million different numbers, and when you call, you always get the same automation... Very, very rarely are you connected to anyone. It just tells you to leave your name and number. Terrible way to do business. Other than that, I have no complaints about the company at all... Their storage space is excellent and I certainly would recommend them... I only wish they would try to make themselves more accessible...

This was my first time needing a storage unit, and the process was extremely easy between the web site and the staff at the Danbury location. On moving day, I arrived and Eileen was extremely pleasant, helpful and reassuring. I was a bit overwhelmed by it all but she couldn't have made it any easier for me. I've rented units at PS for almost two years. I've been consistently pleased with the facilities: clean, safe, and secure. The management and customer service have been flawless, despite some turnover of staff. Overall, a very positive experience. I have only one complaint and one suggestion: the monthly prices seem very high, and I think they should provide more hand trucks. If the prices were any higher, I would look elsewhere. On busy weekend days, I have to search for one of the only 4 hand trucks provided.
