Marena was professional and personable. Easy registration, and she walked me to the storage unit herself. The electronic gate and safety measures were reassuring re security. Because of location of unit, canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t park near it, so a long walk lugging stuff. Nevertheless, a good experience.

Great customer service although they forgot to tell us that we needed to bring a copy of our insurance! But, they were patient with us as we fumbled through our paperwork and produced the necessary documents.
