The unit has a broken gutter downspout right next to it. This is causing water damage and mold inside the unit. Whoever put the welcome kit inside the unit knows this has mold all over the walls. Virtual assistant was amazing. Follow up call was helpful. Easy from beginning to end.

Nice and clean. Staff member Miguel that helped me via the on site video kiosk was amazing. Super informative, patient, and went above and beyond in several ways to help me. Another staff member from a different location came check in with me when I was getting to my unit for the first time. Definitely a positive experience.

The gentleman that checked me in on Saturday 8-28-21 was super helpful. I appreciate all he did for us to make the move as smooth as possible.

I called your office and the agent I spoke with by phone was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely concerned in assisting, very refreshing.

Was a last minute thing and they were quick and easy to get the paperwork done and allowed me to change my date even.

Didn't like the fact I had to two different location. I pay in one an then go to another location for the storage unit. But overall it was great.

The processing was not very fast.

Freindly and helpful service. Accomodating but spending more than I want to each month due to the fact that not all drive lanes are wide enough to back a trailer into the unit. I am now renting a larger unit than I need simply because the drive lane is wide enough to back a trailer in. Also there was and still is a small pile of debris in front of my unit. Looks like it was swept into a pile but not picked up. I sifted through to remove screws and nails but dont have a dust pan to pick up the rest. For what I'm paying I shouldn't have to. Could have gated security instead of just cameras. Other facilities have gated security for same price!
