Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been purchasing new household items with the hopes of moving. I accumulated too much stuff for my current apartment. I needed a storage and saw how expensive they could be. I found Cube Smart storage on line and saw the price was in the range of what I wanted to pay, took a look and it was PERFECT for what I needed. The process was quick and easy. They had payment options and it worked for me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in the South Windsor location because they had a price no one could beat!!!

I am renting a 5' x 10' unit and they charge a minimum of $12 for insurance, which is quite significant and not listed in the advertised monthly costs. The customer service is friendly and helpful and the facility is better than most. Ground level drive-up units and access 7 days a week from 6 am - 10 pm are both very convenient.

No complaints whatsoever about the process with this CubeSmart location. The woman I worked with on my move-in day was personable, helpful and made the process really easy. Size of the unit was great and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a much better price than what I was paying my moving company to store my items. Would definitely recommend!

As storage units go, it's pretty easy. I don't have a lot of stuff, but I could drive my car right up to the storage unit, and it was only a few feet to carry things in to my unit, which was an internal one.

Getting the unit was an easy task off my to-do list because the office staff was so helpful and made sure I picked the correct unit size. The on-line ordering and confirmation were easy to navigate and I moved my belongs into a clean unit.

The premises is very clean and secure. The staff are very professional and helpful. I reserved my unit online and they've called me multiple times to make sure I don't forget the appointment. Also, they'd recommend the unit most suitable to your needs. Took the unit to store my bike and I the unit is really clean. The entrance is about 6 inches above the ground, but the management provided me with a plank to use - really a nice gesture rather than asking me to buy my own ramp. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to store their bike for the winter. Price beats other units I've seen in the neighborhood by almost 50%.

I am 36 weeks pregnant, and woke up with lots of pelvic pain the morning I was supposed to move into the storage unit. I called Donna who was on duty that day, and told her I still needed the unit,but could not make it. I made it clear to her that I am still going to follow through. She was understanding of my uncontrollable circumstances, and kept the unit on hold for me. I requested for her to write down my information on a piece of paper in advance incase she is not the person on duty when I physically arrive on premisis. Donna was kind and did me that favor so the paperwork process could be swift incase i was to go into labor while at the location. What respectful, considerate service!

It was our first experience with a storage facility. It was as perfect as it could be. Very helpful staff. No hassles and full of great advice. I would recommend to anyone. The cherry on top was the truck we were able to use for a few hours. Very convenient with no stress.
