Prime storage offered the best price and also included a free month. It was conveniently located for me and the account creation was simple. The managers introduced themselves upon my first visit and helped me to finish up any necessary paperwork and proof of insurance. Excellent experience. I highly recommend Prime Storage in Newington, CT on Alumni Road. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime Storage in Newington to anyone looking for a great price, excellent facilities and convenient location and access times.

Good experience. Son said rep was courteous & professional. I was surprised had pay $10 fee bcuz was unable to check in on 20th. Bcuz of traffic problems had check in on 21st. Otherwise everything else was on point.

Good units and customer service. The facility is pretty nice and stays open until 10:00 pm which is very helpful. They also have a code to get into the facility with an auto matic gate to boot!!

I especially like that you drive right up to the access & exit keypads, roll down your window punch in your numbers and youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in without having to get out of your car like other facilities. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easily accessible, very clean and looks brand new. I was paying more at another facility for half the space. Matthew and Hailey have been great.
