The employee who checked us in/took our reservation was Dave & he was absolutely amazing! He was kind, courteous, welcoming & helpful, would definitely recommend.

So the fact the staff have to go through corporate to take care of any fees etc.. is RIDICULOUS!!! BUT the extremely helpful staff member Samantha was more than willing to assist in helping me take care of a "life happens" mistake. I've had my unit for almost year. Public storage is a nice facility and all but the fact that I have multiple units and they raise the storage cost aggravated the living s**t out me when the letter arrived. ONLY reason they have my business is thanks to staff members like Sam?? (End rant/ Review)

why can all of have a loading cart like other unit have it would be helpful other then that i am please with every thing thank you
