I was able to do everything online. Unit was advertised and easily accessible.

This location is well lit with good security measures. The office staff are pleasant and helpful. Our unit was clean when we rented it.

The process was simple after getting my 2nd reservation confirmed. The first never confirmed. The 2nd had a higher price than the 1st. Didn't appreciated being asked who a person was. A friend of mine and I have the same last name.

I was in and out in about 15 mins. Signed the lease, got my code, and locked my unit. Very fast.

The workers are so wound full and the storage is clean they explain everything to you so u can understand everything

When I made reservations for a storage unit, they told me a ground floor unit then when i get there that was a lie they only had 3 flour units. That was not good customer service when customers get told one thing then another.

Other than the last minute taxes, fees, insurance, and lock that were charged without my having been told before signing I would recommend this location to others because of how well maintained it is.

Found the location online, made a reservation for that same day (and completed all of the optional information in advance), received a call from the facility to confirm the appointment time less than a hour later... Very quick process once I arrived that afternoon. Very courteous and thoughtful on site team. Very clean facility. Solid experience all around.

Great first timer experience. The process was simple and smooth. Renae and Cristina were pleasantly welcoming. They made the process a delightful experience. The grounds are well kept and clean and the staff is very knowledgeable.

I left last year and recently returned. Once again Joe was sitting behind the desk and gave me a warm welcome back!!! He has always been there to help and deserves a lot of recognition. You are very lucky to have him - his customer service level is amazing.

Setting up the lease was an easy process. Plenty of room to drive a truck and trailer to the space. No backing up req'd. The step up into the space is high enough to keep out rain water but not too high for hauling in heavy things. The latch is a little difficult to use. Not much to hold on to when trying to slide it. The door is heavy to lift. Could use more counterbalancing. Code access thru the main gate works well. I've only used it in the daytime so I can't comment on lighting. Overall I would recommend Public Storage.

I went to public storage in East Hartford, CT and was blow away by the dynamite service.. .. Betty was the star employee who checked me in. She took the time to show me what I had already booked but after viewing the storage and looking over the items that I told her I was bringing she went above and beyond to showed me a bigger space. At fir st I was skeptical--- thinking she was only trying to get a better deal out of me but after looking at the second unit and telling her my budget I ended up with the WIN, bigger space and $2 under budget. On the way up to the floor where my unit is located, Betty made sure she explained about lighting, hours of operation and where cameras where located. She went over the code and how to use it when entering the building. She took the time to show me how to look at the diagrams on the wall that would lead me to my storage unit. Very informative- -- explaining in detail how to apply the lock to the storage properly. She then had me try, to ensure I did it right. (Thanks Betty) When we headed down to the lobby she was patient with me as I made sure I had the right visa card to make transaction. What impressed me most about this experience was she actually went over the whole contract, even the fine print!!! A lot of times people just scurry through asking you for signature and initials and your responsible for looking at what is really important. She did complete opposite, EXCELLENT. I said to her then, "If we had more people like you in customer service, the world would be a better place, don't change" and I meant that. Keep up the great work Betty ;)

The facility is a great space, my unit was clean n free of anything that could damage my belongings. I would like to see more cleaning...the elevator should be cleaned daily...they should also have a "hold" button on the elevators when loading...but overall I love the facility.

Great customer service after renting a unit. I found it was too small, Joe walked us around and showed us other options that were available and we were able to find the right unit for us. Thanks again Joe!!!

I have had a great first time experience. My only observation is the elevators are dirty.

I highly recommend Public Storage. It is far superior to many other storage units in the Hartford area.

secure and clean

I had a storage space 7.5x10 with you and need more room, so got another 5x5 space and thinking you would give me a break on it. I didn't get one and if I would done on line, would have got a better deal? No real help from your front desk! so what wrong with that.
