The staff was friendly and explained the rental agreement.

The OPEN sign was off during business hours, which was extremely misleading when trying to rent a unit. No one answered the phone when calling twice prior to arrival. When arrived, the associate seemed extremely annoyed that she had to help me. When showing the unit, I noticed that the unit was extremely dirty and damaged. Asked the associate about it and she said “I don’t know what that is.” When showing my concern about the damage, I was assured that the owner was aware of the damage and I would have any penalties when moving out. I requested another unit and was not given the option to rent another one. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.

The staff are informative and helpful. The unit was clean and navigating within the facility during the move was simple. I cannot offer a comprehensive review (have had the unit for a week), but so far, I have no complaints.

Overall, I am happy, but am disappointed that the unit is not actually 10x10, as advertised. It is 9 x 10.2. Loses 10 square feet of space, plus there are beams that cut into the walls and corners, which I think should be reflected in pricing.

I wish information on the need to have lock and property insurance would be on the page when you book the place as it's an additional cost.

We needed to store most of our house for a future move to the area and needed a place to put it. I was worried because I had had mice/rat issues from bad storage places before. CubeSmart seems to be the best solution for that. It is clean and organized, easy to get to and well-put together. I am happy with them.

The manager was easy to work with and the place was very clean. Wanted climate controlled storage and I got it. Cheap moving truck too.

Would rent from them again. Just be sure to bring a copy of renters insurance the day u sign up for the unit so you don't have to buy the storage units policy

The service was excellent - I was given all the info and was in my unit without a hitch. Had the locks there and a lift and a dolly for my convenience. Thank you for providing me with a safe and clean environment for my belongings.

The general manager at our facility was very friendly and courteous. He gave us a thorough explanation of the expectations and showed us the unit we would occupy. We currently use the service now and are very pleased.

The associate helped guide me through everything and made sure I knew exactly what I will be paying for - for the price and the security it's a perfect fit and I feel confident in knowing my items will be safe.

So far I'm very happy with my experience here. The customer service was great and the units were the best price for a very wide radius. That said, I wish this were located a little closer to the highway.

The sales associate got me situated quickly and was sympathetic to my situation (no move is easy!). Based on prices I had seen elsewhere, the price for the space was great. All looked clean and secure.

The person I dealt with was prepared with our reservation information etc. The unit was clean, ready and easily accessible. While I was prepared for the one time administration fee I hadn't factored in the manditory insurance charge every month so I am spending more than I had expected to but that is really my fault for not reading the emails thoroughly enough.

I felt the customer service was insensitive. People use storage for different reasons. My son had been victimized so we needed storage on an emergency basis, and instead the woman nearly refused to sign me up because she claimed she couldn't read me the lease information while my son was crying in the background. It was ridiculously insensitive and I actually was left in tears myself. The facility itself is great though, and I'm glad I decided to ignore the customer service issue. This place just needs a good sweep-lots of dusty debris and twigs. The office and lot are very near-I'm talking about the storage units, the lift and the hallways.
