The security and peace of mind that this facility gives its customers is amazing! Unit access available 24/7 with cameras, a fenced perimeter and a closed access gate that requires customer codes is great!!!

Fairly clean unit, easy access, friendly staff. The property definitely needs some sprucing up and the units could be better lit at night, but otherwise not bad. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not thrilled that thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not 24 hour access and that they charge extra for it, that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem right.

Helpful staff, clean facility and very close to my house. My only concern is security cameras don't seem to work well or cover all areas, but I'm not overly worried about it.

Nice facility, it is clean has friendly customer service and even show you the.unit before you pay. Nice size units. And at a fair price. They even give u insurance with your package.

I did a lot of online research before getting a unit at Manchester Cube Smart. They had the best price in the area. The reason for 4 stars is that I didn't get a deal - like 1 free month or some similar offers. Carol is super nice to talk to talk to. I reserved a cube online one afternoon and began moving stuff in that night. It says they'll call you next day, but I didn't want to wait and called the 800 #. They connected me to the local store, where I was told I could come in now. Before showing me paperwork, Carol took me to the unit to make sure it was what I expected and to make sure my stuff would fit in it. (It fills up quickly.) She went over the insurance options and the payment policies, then the paperwork. No surprises at the end when you go to pay. Excellent choice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage. I'm not sure if they have climate controlled units; I didn't need that.

A lot of hidden cost, not made aware of until i showed up with a truck load of my stuff. Mainly the required insurance. Not mention the "free month"
