The manager was very helpful and the person who took my reservation over the phone and set me all up was very nice, friendly and courteous.

App works great. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like having to leave comments but so far so good. Had to rent second unit was hoping to get 373 but got 107 for second unit

It was very easy to reserve a unit online and when we arrived at the facility it was easy to enter. The lock was inside the unit with a pamphlet about using the storage unit.

I like the way there was no drama I signed up online and in 30 minutes I was packing my stuff in the storage

Clean and well lit. Good sized elevator with moving dolly. Kind staff.

Even though I could not contact the manager very easily, this is a very clean and organized place to store my vehicle.

The online paperwork and payment process was quick and easy. The unit was very clean. The communication with the facility through email and text was excellent!! I highly recommend them!

Very professional customer service. The only two things I don't like is that when you drive up to the gate to enter your gate code, you have to get out of the car and walk up to it. They should have set it up so that customers can just extend their arm out of the car window to enter gate code. Also, there are only security cameras at the front desk for the staff's safety, and not inside the climate controlled area for the customer's safety. There should be cameras above each door (inside and outside of doors) that lead to the climate controlled areas. Sometimes you can be the only one inside that area and it can feel a little creepy. The place is clean and I would recommend to a friend. Hopefully things will change.

I have been with public storage for a few years and I have always been treated so well. Even times when I been late I've been treated with the up most respect and kindness...The man who works there is a great person .He is always kind and helpful. He takes the time monthly with kindly reminders that rent is due. I appreciate the service I get.. thanks so much for making it easy for me......Merry Christmas.

Public storage has very clean units that are well kept. The customer service is excellent and they are inexpensive
