It was very easy to reserve a unit online and when we arrived at the facility it was easy to enter. The lock was inside the unit with a pamphlet about using the storage unit.

Very professional customer service. The only two things I don't like is that when you drive up to the gate to enter your gate code, you have to get out of the car and walk up to it. They should have set it up so that customers can just extend their arm out of the car window to enter gate code. Also, there are only security cameras at the front desk for the staff's safety, and not inside the climate controlled area for the customer's safety. There should be cameras above each door (inside and outside of doors) that lead to the climate controlled areas. Sometimes you can be the only one inside that area and it can feel a little creepy. The place is clean and I would recommend to a friend. Hopefully things will change.

Even times when I been late I've been treated with the up most respect and kindness...The man who works there is a great person .He is always kind and helpful. He takes the time monthly with kindly reminders that rent is due. I appreciate the service I get.. thanks so much for making it easy for me......Merry Christmas.
