I am not familiar with storing home, items, etc.… I have to say that, Angela, was so: credible, friendly, helpful, and just overall really sweet woman. Angela was able to answer all of my questions and guide me to the proper size storage unit. When I arrived at the storage unit, Angela literally greeted me with a big smile. I would highly recommend the, Cube Smart, storage facility in Beacon Falls.

Customer service great, facility great. But advertised 5’ x 10’ space and it was actually 4’ 6” x 9’, so I feel cheated. We are probably going to have to take an item apart and angle it in due to shortage of size. I would have liked to know real dimensions before going to get this locker.
